Absolutely ridiculous oversight-- the encoders have no Relative Mode option, inside Components. If not, then they could have just been basic knobs (min-max). That's exactly how they operate. They need to fix this in a firmware update, PRONTO. Additionally, the Play button does not send a MIDI message (CC115, Ch16 is common for Transport: Play), but, the Record button does (CC117, Ch16). WTF? Insane oversights. Two firmware updates since launch, and neither of these things are addressed.
