Russian and Indian tourists earn bad reputation in Bali and elsewhere. CHINESE tourists now behave much better due to harsh penalties from Chinese government if they misbehave abroad by taking away their passports. When riding taxis or ride hailing transportation PAY the EXACT CHANGE or if the driver don't have small change in coins just say don't worry about it. Behave well and be considerate toward others. Respect all the signs in temples, no trespassing means no trespassing. Balinese are mostly Hindus like Indians and worship the same deities. Respect your own deities while in Bali as well.
