The youth is the future but everybody in office is over 100 years old.

There's always a way and the rich will find it. Middle class will be stuck paying for it as always.

Current corporate tax rates: US: 21% UK: 19% France: 25% Germany: 15% Canada: 15% Italy: 24% Japan: 30%. This is the biggest virtue signal ever.

When a company makes 80% of its profits from American consumers, that company should not be allowed to pay a fraction of their tax to a foreign country like Ireland.

I don't put any stock in what Janet Yellen says since she doesn't believe there is inflation going on

Ah yes because those in power care about fairness and working people.

Corporations never pay taxes, only people do. Any tax levied against a corporation is passed down the consumer by higher prices.

If you don’t show profits, you still owe zero tax, isn’t that how Amazon does it?

So, when did this bargain (treaty) between the U.S. and these other foreign countries (G7) go before the U.S. Senate for their advice and consent? The U.S. Constitution is unmistakably clear on this fundamental point -- that, unless the Senate is consulted and meets their approval, it is not law and so cannot be enforced/imposed on the United States as such. In the constitutional convention, the delegates made very clear, with multiple examples throughout the convention, that ANY kind of bargain or agreement between sovereigns is still a "treaty" -- in other words, a rose by any other name is still a rose.

Corporations do not pay more in taxes. They simply raise the price of goods and services that hurt the people.

We need to reduce the size of the federal government. Period.

Most people don't realize that corporations don't pay taxes, the end users of their products do. If a company is going to be hit with a tax, they just pass it on with price increases to the products or services they provide.

This is hilarious. None of them have any more say over corporate tax rates than my cat does. Tax rates are set by legislators.

It's amazing how many people think raising taxes and prices are a good thing. They think taxing companies more is getting back at them when all it will do is raise the prices of everything and will be taxed more. SMH!

The corporations were never outsourcing to any of these countries anyways. This effectively does absolutely nothing.
