Sounds like Evident ranks based on who has the best CI/CD pipelines to ship AI features. If ROI is measured internally, the distributed systems must have robust observability/monitoring where the use cases are deployed. Morgan Stanley's "debrief" tool mentioned at 5:51 will probably be the theme of use cases across this sector; seeking to improve Ops before delivering products to clients. Improving the efficiency of Ops is challenging but can be very rewarding to financial statements.

Pardon my ignorance, but the entire interview lacks concrete examples of AI use cases. We need more solid examples with specific numbers showing how generative AI improves ROI. Vague descriptions aren’t sufficient.
