God bless all the men women and children who we lost on that horrible day ! To all the families out prayers are still with you ! Our heroes who are in uniform firefighters/ all the first responders everyday citizens who are forever heroes for staying for days digging through the debris you guys are my heroes and I’m proud to call u my fellow Americans! It’s a shame it takes such horror to bring out our best it really is Thank all the armed services who just a week ago have had their life on the line cause of the despicable acts of that day they just now came home and the thousands who never will ! I tried it today. Only made it to 40 flights with the 50 pound weight (I didnt pace myself) but finished it with the 25 pound weight going ALOT slower. It is a brutal workout.

Why are people dissing these to men? I don’t understand how anyone can be inconsiderate or rude to people who serve, police, fire, military. They do more then most of us so just be respectful. Sure they could’ve “done more” but let’s criticize them for honoring the fallen. I hate disrespectful people.

I climb 90 stories everyday as part of my warm up, and let me tell you it’s not easily done, can’t imagine doing it with that gear on, MADD respect💯
