This is so relatable. Narcissist was using their flying monkey as a proxy and indirectly abusing me by posting cryptic, passive-aggressive posts on Instagram and WhatsApp status. So, I cut them off and went No Contact. Now, they are angry and confused because they aren’t getting any supply or information from me.

YES. Someone I thought was a good friend was talking g about me behind my back and she told my narc ex to “cut me off financially.” I have 2 young kids. Good riddance to both monsters.

Yep. Great advice. When I filed for divorce after 20 years with the narc, my circle got very small because of all of the mutual friends we had. I discovered they were almost ALL being used in some way by him, and that I had only a couple friends that he didn't have his claws into. He had isolated me from having individual friends in order to control me. As difficult as it was, I let all of those people go and kept my circle tiny, with only people I knew I could 100% trust, and made those people like my family. It's more peaceful that way.

I figured out who the flying monkeys are even though they know what my narc did. One of the flying monkeys keeps telling me to reach out to my evil narcissistic demon daughter that I went no contact over 4 years ago because the stress she caused killed my husband, her father. I am standing my ground.

Narcissist do band together even if it's only to hurt me and prove that I am foolish and they are right. I am only worried now about my peace and I've given too much of myself in the past. And now I leave it all to God's justice and I can rest.

this is very relatable.. coz when flying monkeys talk to me all happy hormones are released in me.. they show they are my confidant, but funnel all info to my narc parents

My relatives aren't narcs. I'm surrounded by them, ... They live near me. They all think that j.k. is a nice guy, & I'm the one with the problem. I was so emotionally abused last year, I don't trust Anybody here, no matter How nice they can be. It's all Fake, so they can learn all about me, ... ... ... I just turned 70. I just thought my life would be a bit better by now... And calling them bullies, or, flying monkeys, are Way too Polite descriptions of them.

I don't trust any of them. Even if they are nice to me now, I know it's fake. People who genuinely care about you would never fall for the lies or manipulation. They would have nothing to do with these toxic people.
