Other than Qutb Shahi no other Deccan Sultanate dynasty was Persian kid
Amd Qutb Shahis didn't rule any part of Maharashtra and infact they were strategic co-operative allies of Shivaji Maharaj

Political situation in Maharashtra was hell during Aurandzebs era. Marathi people were getting divided among themselves and POWs had to convert to Islam. The Ahmednagar Sultanate though Muslim was a native Deccani Sultanate and Bijapuris were also tolerant towards native culture unlike Mughals. A revolt in Maharashtra was inevitable
