I Have Posted Many Brownie Recipes till now, but these are by Far Best in Taste and Texture.
These are eggless brownies with Crinkle top but I have made some Biscoff Swirls on Top which has made it Even Better.
You can try different Variations with Nutella, oreos etc or can use the recipe as it is.
So list down the Ingredients below👇🏻
120 gms Couverture Chocolate
40 gms Unsalted Butter
200 gms Condensed Milk
1/2 tsp Instant Coffee (optional)
1 tbsp Hot water (if using Coffee)
35 gms All Purpose Flour
20 gms Cocoa Powder ( Preferably Dark)
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
Biscoff Spread
Biscoff Cookies
Tips to keep in Mind while Baking:
- Use good Quality Chocolate 70 percent Dark or Couverture ( Dont use Morde, you can use vanhoutten or callebaut)
- Coffee is optional but it definetly makes a Difference.
- After pouring the batter in baking tin keep it as it is for 10-15 mins for perfect crinkle tops.
- Once you melt chocolate and butter let it cool upto room temperature and then add other ingredients.
-Atlast always use a good quality weighing scale for better results.
- Preheat the oven for 10 mins at 180 degrees and bake on middle rack with both rods on.
