Hi, not sure if I can get help from here, I just bought a LG electric range model LSE5613BD from Bestbuy Canada, the overview shows it supports LG ThinQ but I just can't add it, in the app I followed all the instruction I can find online, the app just couldn't find the oven, I tried press timer on/off button for 3 second, didn't work, tried go through setting, no wifi option. This smart feature is the main reason I purchased this model for, I don't want to return it, someone please help! I also tried "1:1 support" in the app but no answer yet.
