There is just no understating to how inspiring Hawkings and Grohl are to drums, and to music as a whole. Just easily makes anyone really feel the presence of awe-ness that they put forth. Cheers

Went to a Foo Fighters concert, and the drummer for the opening act (Cage the Elephant) had to have emergency surgery right before the concert... Dave just jumped in and played with Cage before the Foo Fighters.... BEST CONCERT EVER! ❤

DRUMS ARE LIFE. When I saw his son play, I started to cry. That was a touching moment. And you can see how his son felt while playing. He will be forever missed. Make sure you get on the list, everyone. Gabe is an amazing teacher. You can not go wrong. You will get help from the best. And can also help others. DBO FOR LIFE. Hope to see you all there.

I still cry listening to Taylor's drumming now. It's very hard to listen to my favorite band. I miss Taylor so much. I feel so lucky to have seen him perform twice, I just wish I could've met him. He seemed like an amazing soul.

Bro, this video style is not only something that I’ve been wanting to see for a long time (a deep dive into different drummers), but also a beautiful tribute to the legendary Taylor Hawkins.

I'm not a huge FF fan, but saw them live in 2015 on a festival, front row. Still one of the best shows I've ever been to in my life. Dave is an absolute beast full of energy for the full 2.5 hours. And Taylor too! All this passion on stage, the showmanship, the skills, everything. Truly amazing.

A tiny correction ; The "In bloom" drums was actually created by Chad Channing. It was recorded by Dave, but the actual drum part was Chad's creation. Great video btw 👍🏽

Drumz are life! RIP Taylor, he is seriously missed. Just saw Foo Fighters on Sunday and they were fantastic as ever! If anyone can fill Taylor's shoes, Josh Freese is the guy!

One of my favorite Taylor moments of his career was helping a band in shambles and recorded the drums for Coheed and Cambria's No World for Tomorrow album when their drummer walked out for years. Taylor crushed writing and recording such an amazing album for the band. And kudos to Josh Eppard, the said drummer walking out, for getting clean and coming back to slay the drums with one of my favorite bands! Great video as always!

I saw Foo Fighters in Dec 2021 and it was epic. I was devastated to hear of Taylor’s passing. He put on an insane show and his performance of “somebody to love” was sooo good.

Great video. The foos are my favorite band and Taylor was and will always be the best rock drummer of all time. His energy was so explosive it’s crazy how one man can have that much energy. RIP Taylor

As a recovering heroine addict of 14 years clean time, I hate that drug with everything I am. It destroys everything and everyone it comes in contact with. SAD, RIP TAYLOR so much talent.

I consider myself fortunate to have seen the Foo Fighters in person in some podunk add on to their tour with only 6, 000 people and they put on a show like you read about. It was epic. They treated everyone to a performance because they respect their fans! And Taylor’s drum solo was equally as epic

Both Dave Grohl and Taylor hawkings are big inspirations of mine. Their insane skills just mesmerize me every time. I've always loved drums and percussion as a whole my entire life and they've made me love it even more. DRUMZ ARE LIFE!!!

Drumz are life. Met Dave Grohl once at a now extinct bar in Seattle called Rockandy. Super cool dude. Dave Grohl, Taylor Hawkins, Matt Cameron, John Bonham, Stewart Copeland and Keith Moon are my huge drum influences. Love your channel!

Drumz are life! I’m 15 and saw you guys at sonic temple and you guys absolutely killed it. Seeing you guys and crowd surfing to Deftones are definitely things I will remember forever!

I was lucky enough to see the Foo Fighters in 3 different countries over like a 10 period.

It might seems silly to say as a 30 something dude that his death upset me so much I cried more than once.

They are such an amazing group of people, let alone a band. You also can’t deny Dave and Taylors bromance was adorable.

It’s sad knowing we’ll never get another Dave and Taylor Foo Fighters album.
