Yea I am from india 🇮🇳, when I saw dragon age free. My immediate reaction was to claim instantly because I thought maybe sometimes after, it will become unavailable again. I wanted to play it. But have to put it on hold cause Ghost of tsuhima.

It is not that, In Turkey we don't have these issues and still unavailable. In EA forums moderators asks for info that show they even have no clue.

I live in Türkiye. I did claim the game with using VPN. I did made a some research which is about main reason of getting banned for game, most probably because of EA or Epic Games as you said, they decided to censore the game for our country. However, in Steam, we are able to buy the game.

I live in turkey and ı saw this problem when ı open epic games. Before the this problem ı think amazon gave us with free . If ı want to buy this game ı can but why they did that ı dont understand.

I know Michal & Caleb are not allowed to say the work around for this. But guess what? I can tell you how to claim the game if you are in a banned country!
Just use a VPN go to a legit country (country which is not banned like the Netherlands) and claim the game on the website! Not with the launcher! And clean your browser cookies first before you go the the website! Let me know if this works out for those who can't claim the game. I wish you all good luck with claiming the game!

I got this game from Epic, I'm not part of those places, I played 60 hours and I still got ''access denied', I see that everything in the game has been deleted from the EA account, but it still remains in the Epic Library account

In Canada, we don't even have to claim it, it's already in our EGS library.

I am from India, and it is only available on Epic store as of now . Yesterday I checked before reveal of the game and after it and It is still unavailable on steam, and GOG page doesn'teven show up. Looks like epic games made it available for everyone, and with the laws changed no one from the government was bothered, with the release.

i live in israel and there are no such restrictions on those types of activities, and i can buy the game on other launcher but on epic games it wont let me because it isnt available in my region

I am in Czech Republic and I can claim it but cannot launch it cause it say so game licence is invalid.

Update from India : Able to download the game now. Anyone from India who is facing a problem in linking their account with EA just click on forget password, then change it and your account will be linked ( I was facing an issue with linking my EA account with Epic games). Then, from here you just click on install game, which will redirect you to EA app from there you can download the game.

Can someone help me? I'm not from any of these countries but it still says that it's unavailable in my platform or region. The weird thing is that it still says that even after I activate a VPN in the launcher and on the website.
Why is that? Maybe it's because I use Windows 11?
Does anybody have an idea or a solution for this? Thanks!
