I have never seen/heard of this bug. That’s awful and I’m sorry you went through that. I’m also grateful to you for putting this out there as an EA Creator. This is exactly what us simmers experience constantly. It’s heartbreaking frustrating unfair, etc. I truly hope EA changes things & starts taking our issues more seriously!

I have been told to uninstall then reinstall my game on a friends phone or iPad, that my tech is old, that they have no idea who buys the premium content therefore cannot refund my money or credit my game. Umm surely they know who buys their stuff, my phone is an IPhone 11, not old and sure thing, I will just call up a friend and ask “ hey can I load the sims mobile game onto your phone “ because that sounds like the perfect solution to my EA issues! 😳🙄 Just an FYI I have always been able to get my money refunded from Apple, no questions ask!!

THANK YOU for this!!! I have been saying this since the q&a last year, but the bottom line seemed to be “we can’t fix that otherwise it will break the game.” I have spent months since then on social media trying to ask the gurus etc to please be transparent and let us know the real status of the game. Players DESERVE to know that they are spending time and real money on a defective product! This would not be ok with any other consumer product!!

My bug list is long, but my most frustrating one is that I have had a “busy” sim who was removed locking up my edgewater lot for nearly a year. I spent a few days going back and forth with one of the gurus who was asking for my player info (I would not give it to her), and she finally admitted that the only “fix” would be to roll back the game. Which she was going to do without my permission, and of course they do not compensate you for whatever you lose when they roll back.

Absolutely so sickened by EA and I just play to keep up with my discord friends. RacheyBop, thank you for what you do!!! Sadly, the game is stagnant and broken. This endless cycle of silly festivals and STS, THs is to make people think the game is fluid and evolving, but it’s not.

I lost my first game data because of a restart bug...lost money for over 30 packs that I bought. When I reached out to EA they never helped me or compensated me even though I verified my purchases.

Hi rachybop, so you've experienced ea help !! usually ends up being a waste of time. When I hav a glitch or a problem I contact them, I find there's an over politeness about them and all they do is fob you off and a few days later ask if your happy with there help in which I normally say no and why and it's ignored. What is the point of them if they can't actually help..x

Girl same I didn't get the house from the last sim festival and for this one they gave me the house but all the deco is gone so I only have the empty house. They are no help and when I asked about compensation it's like they all disappear until a couple days after the email you again and ask if you still need help and tgen as you said you have to explain yhe while thing over again. At this point I've had enough and at this point I'm over the whole thing

I got this same runaround with my game and had to start over... my very extensive game is utterly unusable, crashes nearly immediately everytime opened... it's very frustrating... good to know u got no help either... and I was told, somewhere in this we have agreed to never getting anything back in compensation, no matter how much we've paid in (and I paid in a bloody fortune lol)

A lot of my furniture was deleted. I also have the bug where things are floating.. but mainly.. the game deleted so much of my stuff!

This I wrote earlier but I have still not get help. I have politely asked the supporters for help since May 16th for both the Festival pass last round and the Ecco workshop but have not received help and lost money. This is the second time. These days, apparently, there are different rules. Even if you play Sims mobile on your IPad or IPhone and even if it is one of many bugs that caused the problem, you need to prove this through a PC. If you don't have a computer or an old one, you have no chance of getting compensation. I have an old computer that doesn't work and hasn't been fixed. I sent everything they requested but via my IPad and it wasn't enough. They didn't care about the problem with the Ecco workshop. I recommend sims free game or sims 4. This is not fair to us players.

Can you try demolishing the build? Then exit the game…turn off your device- then back on again. This has happened in SFP. The lot has too much going on.

I have to ventilate again. Much is controlled by money in this world. The team behind Sims mobile wants money for all the work they put in and of course it's reasonable. Now I think it has derailed and affected the players. I have been playing sims mobile since the beginning and see a negative development in terms of supporters' willingness to help. They certainly have directives from above, but it's a boring development. This year there have been a lot of bugs that have affected players negatively by losing money, for example paying for something they never got. The saddest thing is that they are opposed. No matter how much credible evidence you send, there is always a new trick to deny a refund or get the product you paid for. Believe me, I've had it happen several times even though I asked for help nicely and kindly. I understand that there are many players worldwide and many who have been affected by bugs, but I also understand that there are a lot of cases, but you have to treat the players fairly. In the long run, you won't win anything from this. Sorry but boring development.

I still can't play in the Ecco workshop since last spring and have asked for help several times. The game is on, Tuesdays and screws every day for several months. When I contacted EA help, there are new supporters every time and they ask different questions and answer differently. I've noticed that they don't read backwards my history and what others have asked and what I've answered. Previously as I wrote, I have lost money on what I bought and festivals, passports and received no help. I have sent lots of evidence but they always find something to disapprove. Most recently it was that the evidence must go via a PC even if you don't have one. I love sims mobile but started playing sims free play even more now. Sad to be treated like this.

I have a sort of bug in my game and I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix it. None of the NPCs in my game have the makeover option and I can't take any of them into CAS, anyone know how to fix this?
