A dynamic way of filtering this would be asking user to select a column in which they wish to apply filter to and then a unique list of values would be pasted to a new sheet (with header). This is to avoid hard coding values and ensure capturing any column for filter.

I'm facing an issue

After applying a filter it is extra rows are being left

Eg. If I have selected 3 filters Competed, pending, under process

Then after filtering

After completed 2rows are left

After pending is reflecting and again it is leaving 3 rows under process etc.
