Going to the Phlebotomist is the debut book by writer Christina Toy. It is a story of young boy who visits the laboratory, with his dad, to get his blood drawn for the first time. He recounts his experience to the readers by detailing each step of what to expect, from the smells to where the needle goes when it is done.
