Joburg's Best Burgers And Beers - Kitcheners Bar

Onwards and upwards to my second selection in my search for Joburg's best burger and beer spots.

What would a piece on Joburg be without venturing into downtown Joburg itself, and today I head to Braamfontein to Kitchener's Bar, one of the oldest bars in the city.

Banting options are most certainly not on the menu and here I found that authentic bar vibe that I enjoy so much, which adds texture to your dining experience.

I opted for the aptly named "Joburger" which is a burger with banana on it. I love banana but this was a first for me. So, have found my new thing when in town, the Joburger, and paired with a traditional Castle draught. Priceless!
