Here is a list of the top 10 Royal Family Scandals. We’ll start off with the oldest to newest hottest tea so lets go! Let’s start off with none other than Princess Diana. Princess Di or the People’s Queen captivated the world with her charm and was widely known for her humanitarian work, iconic fashion sense and she sadly passed in a tragic car accident in 1997. Diana remains an unforgettable figure to this day. While she was married to Prince Charles the media went wild publishing this juicy transcript of a chat between Di and her supposed lover, James Gilbey. James was pouring his heart out, telling Di he loved her and showering her with the nickname "Squidgy" a whopping 53 times! Yep, you heard that right - Squidgy! And just like that, "Squidgygate" became the talk of the town. Squidygate… timeless if i may say now with MugGate, CakeGate and of course LashGate. Princess Diana later came out and admitted the convo was real, but insisted it was innocent.
