Alfred Tofft: Sunset, Op.46 No.2

Phillip Sear plays the second of three 'Stemningsbilleder' (Mood pictures) from 1908 by the Danish composer and organist Alfred Tofft (1865-1931).

Alfred Tofft was born and died in Copenhagen, was for some years chairman of the Danish Composers League, and music critic for the Berlingske Tidende newspaper. He wrote operas ('Vifandaka' and
'Anathema'), as well as piano pieces and songs. I'm not sure what the Danish title of this piece is.
