If you're wondering what color this is in RGB, you can split the number into 3 parts, each one being a base 16 number. That means, you take the first digit, multiply it by 16, and then add the second digit to get an RGB number. And yes, ABCDEF are digits, A being 10, B being 11, C being 12 and etc. The reason you multiply by 16 is the same reason as why we multiply digits by 10 to whatever power when adding numbers in base 10.

Ill give you an example with this video,
79 = 7 x 16 + 9(121)
f8 = 15 x 16 + 8(248)
fc = 15 x 16 + 12(252)

So it would turn out in RGB:

Red: 121
Green: 248
Blue: 252

The color looks like cyan-ish, but is called "Electric Blue". If I were to visualize it with an emoji, it would be 🥶
