A quick FYI: Since iOS 15.4, you can hide the automation notification by toggle off the "Notify when Run" option. No need to go to the Screen Time option.

I've been using Android since version 2.3 and always loved how much customisation options it always had. I had no idea this was possible on IOS. Of course it's made more complicated than it needs to be but it's definitely a step in the right direction.

This is fantastic! I don't have an iPhone, but do plan to switch when the new one comes out in a few months. I've done a lot of this stuff already on my previous iPhone, but new to the whole light/dark mode automation. Personally, it's not for me, I prefer the minimal look, but I have a problem with switching wallpapers daily 😅.

It's 2022, not sure why Apple hasn't just given users more customization with the homescreen. More Android users would flock over I think.

They really don't want people to be able to just customize their phones easily. As someone who just got an iPhone I'm already learning how difficult it is to make these things unique. No custom ringtones an notification sounds and no easy home screen customization features. Watching this video and realizing that I have to pay for an app to give me a blank space just so I can position an app where I want it hurts my soul.

I’ve always had android and loved customizing my Home Screen. Since switch to Apple cuz of work I miss doing that. All these steps are to much work. I give applause to those who have the patience for doing this.

He says he loves pushing IOS to its limits. It's so sad that customizing the home screen is one of those things. That's one of the few things I miss a lot from the android, I can actually make it look like my own, as opposed to apples strict customization that they've somewhat improved but damn it sucks compared to android.
