Hi Ami 👋🏼 I just want to say how greatful I am that you take the time to post so regularly and the level of quality content you create is astounding! It has really helped me with my mental health recently as I have had quite a tough time with a newly diagnosed illness that is taking a massive toll on my school life as I am 15 and doing lots of mock exams in the UK at the moment :/ people were making fun of me because I have episodes where I can't breathe and I faint and it was really hard, but I always try to think of how you would stay calm and positive and explain to them what is happening and not get frustrated. Thank you again
