As much as I like XPPen's products, getting them fixed can be inconvenient. You would have to send your unit back to China to get it fixed. Hopefully they would set up service centers in other countries.

I upgraded from a 16" Cintiq to the 19" Huion and I genuinely love the size increase, sure the Cintiq is a bit more accurate and better feeling but these alternative companies are REALLY getting up there in terms of quality. I'm not a full time digital artist anymore so the slight downgrade doesn't bother me, but man the larger screen size for me while still being compact enough I can slip it into a case and stow it away is SOOO nice! My desk setup doesn't even have much space either so the tablet takes up most of the space but I don't mind. Glad to see more and more companies going for that in between size

Hey Brad, great review. I feel like these products just continue to improve as they come out. These "secondary" brands are doing their best to close the gap with the Wacoms of the world with great quality and a more budget price mindset. Side note question. Have you ever considered doing an in person local "class" or "seminar" something along those lines to help promote your courses online and just show a group of people the basics in your local area? IF that's something you ever consider please post it, I cant speak for others but I feel like many of us would definitely come check it out to learn from ya.

I prefer 24" (despite the mobility inconvenience), but 19" is the lower limit I'd be (barely) comfortable with. Tho yep, more portable. It's nice that companies keep making 19 sizes, as it's a size a lot more functional for detailed illustration than 16, and they're typically cheaper for students and etc.

They cared about a lot of premium details with this one. The remote, the wheel on the pen (so you have the option to have the disk for brush size (typical for me) and the wheel for zooming, or the other way around), the many accessories, and so many nibs... That with (specially this, for me) 96% Adobe RGB actually puts this in the "pro" category. A pity that XP doesn't (like neither Huion) seem to totally get rid of some slight wobbling when drawing slow lines (even while it's much better than before), needing a slight line stabilization by software (as demonstrated in the video). My wacom devices never do it, not even the pen tablets, but I believe the other brands will get there, too (some day..).
