I just kinda feel like this is misleading because the lenders is how you will get the va loan so the lender restrictions matter

BTW, do you know anything about assuming a jumbo VA loan. Could someone (who is obviously wealthy) keep their primary residence on a VA and then assume say a 1.2 million dollar VA loan at 3%? Is there any reason they couldn't do that?
