There are also extra-hand letters behind the thumb and knuckles for lower pieces (letters before gamma ) the lowest I've heard used is sung in the Absalom fili from josquin Desprez...
And also the extra note behind the major finger!

Good explanation. Including the 3D hand was a really nice touch. If I could offer some feedback, the video would have been made better if you had included a sound snippet of what the Gamut sounded like. All in all, a solid explanation, especially for a 2-minute video.
