Lessons I learned along the way installing these exact lights:

1. Be sure the plug is not hidden behind LARGE furniture (the remote sensor will be hidden & not work unless you get up and aim behind the furniture each time you need to use the remote...i didn'twant to rearrange the room nor remove & reinstall the lights, so...my child has to get up to use the remote...not the end of the world)

2. Be careful when connecting the lights to the connector not to pull the end of the prongs apart from the lights.

Did you have to overlap the lights near the window or could you just cut the remaining and have only one piece attached to the main adapter?

Why should I do if mine does not come with the tape for the power box thing? And I check to see if it's missing but my own doesn't even have it listen in the instruction manual as things that should be there
