How to wire a Ceramic E27 Lamp Holder

This video explains how to wire a Ceramic E27 Lamp Holder.
The terminal connector is ceramic with brass screws. The threaded base locks into place so that accidental unscrewing of the lamp holder base is avoided.

When removing the ceramic ring during wiring the locking tab should be pressed down slightly so that the locking mechanism is released. This will then avoid damage to the ceramic teeth that lock the ring when wired and in use.

Combine with our decorative fabric covered cable to create a distinctive individual pendant style. This lamp holder can be wired with two core cable since the ceramic housing provides an insulating body. Where 3 core cable is used it is advisable to remove a short length of earth cable internally so as not to contact with live connections leaving just enough to locate in the cord grip.

nowadays e27’s are used for LED lights, e27 ceiling fans and other electronics. However most (all?) e27 fittings are 2-wire NOT 3-wire NO GROUND! How to hack or workaround to establish mantain ground?

I got a question for you or anyone out there feel free to chime in I ordered a lamp bulb holder thing off the internet and it arrived mostly in good condition I mean it's mostly plastic it wasn't broken but what I noticed is on the back of the socket it's missing the wire terminals for example previous ones I've always scene have got screws and little metal things where the wire goes in and you tighten it with screws but this one it's just a plastic socket and the back I don't know how they expect me to connect the wire I'm going to have to return it but it's just a little frustrating because the products arrived in good condition shipping no damage or cracks but it seems kind of useless to me without the wire terminals in the back I don't know how they expect me to attach it how to attach the cables to the socket I thought maybe it could just push in the wire but I don't it doesn't seem like it would be very secure I've never seen one where there's no screwed it connected screw to connect the cable
