Some of this was true for me as an INTJ-A. Spent much of my childhood reading history books, playing chess, playing with my brother and friends. Doing sports, drawing, and learning music. Growing up in the 80s listening to 80s thrash metal. But I always had a natural talent in knowing what people will do. I was good at seeing outside the box. Which served me well in my US Army career as an MP.

Although in my childhood I tried to make wings and disassembled electronics to find out how it works, when I was a teenager I had no idea what I'm gonna do for life. "Normal" life wasn't interesting for me so I skipped a college (although Russian colleges suck). I was a rebel. But when I found a goal, things changed. I threw away my zone of comfort and started come to my goal step by step like a maniac. Then I changed my goal but the goal was something that led me forward. Then I changed my goal again. After 15 years of gamedev it was hard to change the goal (making games) but I was bad in making games so I had to drop. Now I turned to more profitable hobbies

this youtuber is explaining intj absolutely wrongly. intjs usually mature slower than all the other types and aren't thinkers at a very young age. in fact we are more emotional in this period of time because our third function fi (the third function is usually developed earlier before the second function but doesn't mean it is stronger. people tend to use their second function more after the second function is developed) and we tend to guess things due to our dominant function Ni. te is developed after puberty, usually after high school or college. if you feel it explains your life, you are probably not an intj, perhaps entj or infj or sth
