I like how we felt sorry for Shinnojou after finding out Chisato fell in love with this guy. Now, I can see why she does. This guy is a true chad, facing a god without Vision and knows clearly he loses.

Ya know, for a guy without a vision, he held his own for a good few seconds against an archon, and thats respectable. My guy legit had the balls to fight an archon, especially the archon that he worships. Its no wonder why chisato fell in love with this guy, he’s a real gigachad.

I think the greatest part about this is that he doesn't know that he's fighting Ei, he thinks he's fighting the merciless "Raiden Shogun".

He wasn't just prepared to lose, he was prepared to die.

Dude was prepared to die yet said "Ready to learn, almighty shogun", clearly shows his loyalty and respect towards his shogunate and love for his clan. Ei, you should have given him a vision right at moment.

I love how you can clearly see she is aiming for his weapon and not him, and that she isn't really trying to hurt him she just testing his resolve. Also with the exception of the first time she hits him she only ever uses the staff itself and not the blade and the first hit it's quite obvious she use the flat of the blade otherwise he would have died on the first hit

I seriously love this scene. Like, the build up to this duel was Kamaji coming to terms with his one biggest flaw: A lack of action. He isn't like Sara. Sara held blind loyalty to both the Shogunate and the Tenryou Commission. She wasn't able to see what was going on and when she finally did it caused her to go into a rage. Kamaji, however, was smart enough to figure out that the Commission was doing something terrible but in the end felt powerless and chose to do nothing. To make matters worse, after everything went down in Inazuma and he had to take over the Commission, he was still acting passively, not once exerting any form of authority or control. But when things turned south, that's when it finally sunk into Kamaji what he was doing wrong and what he should do from that point on, even if it meant giving up his life fighting someone beyond his ability to defeat.

It's a shame that he's just an NPC. This dude has become a freaking legend in my book now.

Ei was holding back since she kept hitting him with the part of her Naginata that isn't sharp. If the Raiden Shogun was fighting him instead of Ei, Mans surely going to get executed after the battle lol

i like how before the fight this guy literally said "Yeah i'm 100% gonna get my ass kicked" then proceeds to fight her anyways. That's courage right there.

I love how people said "lol this guy is weak"

but he was realistically strong for a human and could block a few of Ei's attack despite Ei holding back and actually not trying to hit him in a fatal place.

Looking at his defensive reaction, none of us weebs here would stand a chance in 1 v 1 against this chad.

So far Inazuma has a lot of cool, interesting and tragic story for their NPC especially after 2.1 update. For me, this dude and Teppei has the best story arc so far.
