Franklin Brothers Nursery and Greenhouses in Henderson, NC have 20 dollar string of hearts that are completely full pots, like 10 times more strands. I highly recommend, about an hour outside of Raleigh. Great people too! Also, Logan's One Stop Garden Shop in Raleigh has lots of terra cotta pots that aren't just orange.

I used to live one street north from the street where the Walgreens is on the corner of the road that goes to the Big Bloomers road lol. I was so broke i couldn't even go buy plants for most of that time but i do have a few plants from there. I absolutely love that nursery. Hidden Gem for sure.

I am so jealous! Box stores where I live never have anything interesting. The most exciting things I’ve found were a couple calathea and a string of pearls. I check about once a week. It seems stores in warmer climates have better selections.

One should never resist a giant hoya for an excellent price! I got a curtisii on the markdown at Lowe's for $5 the other day. It looks a bit sad, but I will try to nurse it back to health. For the price I thought it was worth a try.

I live in Monroe and not too far from that Lowes you stopped at. I had not even finished watching your video yet and I was packing up my 2 1/2 year old and 6 month back into the car (had gotten home from work and daycare not too long prior), and we rushed off to Lowes thinking I had a slim chance of having my own Hindu rope. And I did!!!! I GOT IT!! THANK YOU!!!! I am through the roof. I had just been to the Pikes in Matthews looking for one and came close to given in and buying the one in the glass tube.
