Apr.29 -- Uber Technologies Inc. 's chief technology officer Thuan Pham stepped down Tuesday amid reports of possibel job cuts. Lyft, Inc. is letting go of 17% of its workforce, and cutting pay for remaining staff. Scooter-sharing startup Lime is cutting as many as 190 workers. Bloomberg's Lizette Chapman reports on "Bloomberg Technology."
