I’m proudly, culturally ignorant. Don’t care much for entertainment these days. So it was years ago that I just happened to be watching SNL and saw “Lady Gaga” dancing and singing on stage with some bizarre costume. Sort of chuckled sarcastically. Driving home from work today and decided to play a pre made Spotify list of songs. This came on and I was immediately overwhelmed with the deep, powerful voice, the slow cadence, the pronunciation of the words. Couldn’t understand why but I felt like crying. Well, when she took it up an octave at the end of the song I lost it! Had to pull over and the tears were flowing!!! Man o man, the most powerfully sung rendition...forget that...one of the most powerfully sung songs I ever heard!! Ms. Gaga...my sincere apologies for my arrogance and ignorance long ago. What an extraordinary talent and the most class and power I have heard from a singer in a long, long time... really just speechless ...now I have to run so I can listen to it another dozen times!
