Did this as and got it to work last night!! This does work! Things I would suggest is making sure your d2x settings are done right and try different sources on where you get your games! Also be patient I had to reset my Wii multiple times and this took me about 2 days to fully get working and get my first game to work. Thank you!!!

Windows user here but having an understanding of macos meant i had no trouble, so anyone reading this don't get discouraged. Was helpful to know that I needed to rename my game files, that's the only thing that was stopping it from detecting my games. thanks for the video!

Thank you, this fixed the USB Loader problem that was causing it to freeze while loading games/not recognizing the Hard Drive!! Really appreciate the clear instructions!!

if u guys are having an issue around 17:28 where ur wii games arent loading, hit the settings bubble on the left of the screen and change ur USB Ports option from 0 to 1 and then click the 4th tab on top and check wii games and it will load !!

For anyone have the "Error: USB Device not initialized" issue, if you are using only a sd card instead of a usb drive then go the settings bubble on the bottom left and then go to hard drive settings and turn on "SD Card Mode" and it will work!!!

I did literally everything, but the Wii Games still won't show up on my USB Loader GX!

Edit 05/15: I used the NUS Downloader instead of downloading them via Internet Connection in the cIOS Installer, I used the latest versions of d2x cIOS, of the cIOS Installer itself and Wii Backup Manager. I also tried different formats for my Hard Drive like WBFS and FAT32. And now it's working.

I have 3 questions:

1. Will the Wii break if I use it but I remove the SD card and USB in it?
2. Can you play disk games though USB Loader GX?
3. In the homebrewing your Wii tutorial that you made, you said to enable the block disk updates in Priiloader. Does that mean if I have that enabled, I won't be able to download updates to some disk games for the Wii?

got everything set up and working except when i click on the games to play them the screen just goes black and it sends me back to the wii menu, can anyone help

followed to a T. worked fine until the usb loader part, all the sudden the loader crashes every time i try to open it and im stuck now.
