Observe the extreme bias here. They had to preface this discussion with so much justification just to talk about it. With Trump it's "GUILTY, GUILTY, GUILTY!!!! ARREST HIM and with Biden it's "he obviously didn't mean to do anything wrong. If the founders knew how the media was going to be, they would have worded the first amendment differently.
