India and Nepal are the only SE Asian countries where minorities have increased in proportion. Right to Religion is fundamentally based on Right to life or Right to exist or Right to continue one’s faith which is questionable in other parts of SE Asia and how sympathetic can one be to their economic descent, social defacement and political disfigurement?
