1st question :Yob is not a standard angle because vertex is at origin but initial arm is at y axis
2nd question: coy is a standard angle because vertex is at origin and it is making angle with positive x axis.😊

1. no, because the initial arm is on y-axis, it does not fullfill the second condition that it should lie on positive x-axis.
2.yes, because the initial arm is positive x-axis, and the directed angle with vertex is on origin.

Both answer are no because in 1 question vertex at the origin but YO is on y-axis and in 2 question vertex at the origin but xo is negative
