3:40 for the muffin tuck I recommend raising your arms straight to the sky and then bending over while rounding out your back. Works for me with keeping everything even for the most part

Tip: if youve got thin arms, you can layer a long sleeve underneath the tucked tshirt. It looks great and hides the arms very well

Maybe it's just because I'm getting older, but the tucked t-shirt and tucked polo shirt look is starting to become much more appealing to me than the untucked look that was the norm when I was growing up in the late 90's-2000's. It looks tidier and puts more emphasis on the pants and belt you're wearing.
