I've listened to this song (and arrangement) so many times, but just now was the first time I had actually followed the lyrics. I've always felt something well up inside me every time I listened to it because it's so beautiful, but after understanding the lyrics I can say, this song is truly is something else.

"rokutousei" means "sixth magnitude star". The "apparent magnitude" is the categorization of stars, based on their level brightness. The sixth magnitude is the dimmest star that is still observable by the naked human eye.

"Even though I am such a small constellation, thank you for realizing that I am still here."

A song for that person who found you, when your light was so dim it felt like being swallowed up by endless darkness. The one who supported you, when you were in despair. That single glimmer, in a starless sky.

THIS SONG IS SO NOSTALGIC. I REMEMBER HEARING IT WHEN NO.6 STARTED AIRING WHICH WAS YEARS AGO. This was my very first Aimer song as well, so it has a special place in my heart.
