Never Stop Praying!

When someone takes a stand in their own strength, it is bound to fail. In this sermon, Gary Wilkerson talks about what it means to stand in the power of the Holy Spirit and reminds listeners that choosing to pray always is not as simple as it seems. Drawing from Ephesians 6:18 and other passages, Wilkerson encourages us to pray at all times in order to combat the attacks of the enemy.

About Gary Wilkerson Gary Wilkerson is the President of World Challenge, an international mission organization that was founded by his father, David Wilkerson. He is also the Founding Pastor of The Springs Church, which he launched in 2009 with a handful of people and the church has rapidly grown by God's grace. He has traveled nationally and internationally at conferences and conducted mission ventures such as church planting, starting orphanages, clinics, feeding programs among the poorest of the poor and the most unreached people of the earth. Gary and his wife Kelly have four children and live in Colorado Springs, CO.

Today, World Challenge Inc. shares the message of the gospel through mission outreaches and literature distribution. Sermons from David Wilkerson and his son Gary are shared monthly through the Pulpit Series newsletter to hundreds of thousands of people. The numerous mission outreaches of World Challenge to the poor include orphanages, overseas widows’ fund, emergency/disaster relief, healthcare/clinics, community development and feeding centers. Gary Wilkerson became president of World Challenge in 2010 and moves forward with the same heart and vision as his father.

Learn Who God is, make a relationship with Jesus. I mean a genuine True relationship! Come now, with your addictions of sin and a honest repentant heart but do not make God a theological idea! See God is a Living Spirit. God is Hope. God is Truth. God is Glory. He will get true Genuine praise, for can we lie to the Truth? No, we can only separate ourselves from Hope, Truth, and Everlasting Glory out of free-will. Without God, there is no peace. Examine the world…examine your life..praise God and watch satan hide. Let your Joy be full in the Lord! We cannot do anything by ourselves, that is the entire point! Hallelujah! Jesus Christ is the Hero of this story, the Lord God Almighty has silenced shame, guilt, sin and death to all those who will listen to His Words to be set free from the shackles of oppression and separation. Satan has been a liar and murderer since the beginning. Take heart, Christ is Lord of Life! We do not wait for heaven to know this
