We were in MI about 2 weeks before you arrived. We were also impressed with the State and particularly Detroit. We debated about “wasting time” by going to Detroit and I’m so glad we went. The city is really impressive and we had the best Italian food I’ve had at a restaurant in downtown called Mootz. I grew up in NY and this was as good if not better than what I had growing up. Looking forward to the rest of your MI tour.

AS a lifelong resident of Michigan, it is interesting to see your view. We have an annual membership to Henry Ford and visit a few times per year. My wife and I are both graduates of U of M, to bad they didn't have you do a quick tour of the football stadium.
