Why can’t Bharat Sarkar ensure student get quality education in Indian at price offered in country like Russia and China, why’s that all the private colleegs in Indian charges close to a crore rupee to get an mbbs degree while their Russian Chinese counterpart charges fraction of that ( 20-30 lakh and you have a mbbs degree ) . Why can’t Bharat Sarkar cap the fees and hostel expenses of pvt medical colleges and make higher education education accessible for those who can’t make it to govt run institutes, a private college here in Lucknow charges 4 lakh rupee a year for a non ac triple seater hostel room ( 12 lakh per room from three student that’s insane right ) mess charges are extra ac charges are extra and staying in hostel is mandatory else don’t take admission in their college, a kid not only pay huge tuition fees for substandard education but also pay insanely high accommodation fee, all these parties recived political donation from college management to make sure the price of college are kept high and they’re allowed to set their own hostel and mess rules ( where they can charge any amount for room )

According to my opinion, When NEXT introduced in India and all medical students either from government, private or abroad has to clear both NEXT 1& 2, then the third rule of NMC is unnecessary, means the students has to bring practice licence from same country, this is hurdle, b coz most of country will not give practice licences on student visa and some country like egypt mbbs course is 7 years, students can opt 6 years and can come back to india and sit for next, but in this condition they have to do 2 years internship total 7 years then have to sit for licencing exam, again after 2 years if internship again have to do 1 year internship in india, this rule will spoil students future, in india mbbs course is 5 years .6 months, but mostly abroad country courses are 6 to 7 years, so NMC should consider and exempt the students to do again internship in india,
In india huge shortage of doctors, Every years the number of NEET aspirants are increasing like this year 21 lakh and only 1 lakh (50 thousands seats are available in government and 50, 000 in private) which is very expensive, all middle class indian can not afford, so if the students are going abroad on own expenses and coming back to india, government should welcome them b coz they will serve nation, ofcourse government or nmc should evaluate them by theory or practical exam. Then give them certificate. But bringing license from that country is the meaning of harassing the students . Request to all indian should oppose this rule,
Mr Mansukh opinion and rule is not favourable for students
According to WHO in world so many medical colleges are there who's world ranking is better than most of indian newly established colleges ( mostly medical colleges are belongs to leaders mp.mla.ministers)
So Government should think, if a students going abroad, on own expenses and the world ranking of that colleges are best in world, so why nmc has doubt on students yes all students are ready to clear FMGCL

I'm not agree with 2nd point
Russia me 6 saal ka course hota he lekin india me 5.5 but bohot jada cheap he Russia me with better quality of education.
Or jadatar bacche Russia me hi jate he abroad mbbs ke liye.

What a useless set of laws!

1. Why should students who are not going to attend med school in India clear the NEET, which is a multiple choice paper with no practicals? Why are you wasting the precious time of students?
2. How exactly is “India equivalent” defined? Why is equivalence decided only on basis of time spent as opposed to quality and rigour of instruction?
3. Why should foreign-going students obtain medical practice license in those countries if their main area of operation is going to be India?

This set of laws seems to be designed solely for the benefit of the rent collection scheme in India disguised as medical colleges. India will continue to lose its best doctors to foreign countries as a result; and it is not as if other countries do not have a demand. The U.K. just recently announced they have a demand for 350, 000 additional medical staff.

Plus, the ultimate loser will be the Indian patient who will be stuck with reservation-based book worms with little practical experience.

What steps are the government taking to ensure medical colleges in India match up to world standards? Ever seen a Times ranking of med schools; Indian med colleges never make it to even the top 100.

This is a great way to push even more aspiring doctors with talent out of India for good! Shaabaash!

डॉक्टरों की सीमित संख्या और श्रमिकों की प्रचुरता। हमारी सरकार हमारे युवाओं से यही चाहती है।
