vivo - Merry Christmas 2014

I have bought the phone on Christmas eve and a part of screen pixel is found blown without any warning just 3 days after bought!! This is completely disappointed as the phone is handled carefully and did not undergo external force from dropping/ knocking. This is very irresponsible attitude for Vivo that portrayed a high quality product brand as shown in the commercials. Vivo and the customers need to pay strong attention on this. I need a competent reason for my newly brought phone’s irrational screen failure.
