For people that need help getting points just to let you know the risky the places, the more likely there will be research points

That is true, I always find more research points in sewers but not in mines it’s to dark and I always get lost anyways 😂

also you should go to foundation in sewers there more crystals there and you can get animal company coins really fast yesterday I went to foundation and I got 60 animal company coins and 5 research points but also you should bring a grappler because there’s less gravity

better way i think you can do it: grab a backpack get a flash light put on your hip slot (if you have one) then get a hookshot and dynamite go to the planetarium(space/solar system) go to the research point planet and light the dynamite and put in on the top of the planet and back up and you'll probably get a few (i haven't tried this yet i don't know if it works)

The 2 areas that are the best places to get research points is

1. Planetarium. Look for the planet that is made of research points

2. Uranium/Low Gravity zone in sewers. Not only it has chunks of research points but it also has uranium which can sell for a quite alot

Btw it takes 4 days for 4 research points and you can’t generate more till you mine atleast one, so I’d recommend just not mining for a few days and then when you do after 3-4 days and get them basically instant

Basically how it works every 16 hours there's another ore made and ready to collect so if you wait like 4 days you can collect four in game on one day. But if you mine every single day of the week you can get up to 10 or 11 research points Hope this helps

technically if you play the game everyday you can technically only get 2 but if you wait 3 days you can get 6 this works because the game uses a system called banked gems when you log in you have a guaranteed amount of gems based on how many are banked and you bank 1 16th of a gem per hour so every 16 hours you can get a gem

You can also get a free flashlight in the way too the forest

theoretically it would take 112 hours or days to start from 1 RP to 8 RP! and if starting from 0 it would take 128 hours or days to get from 0 RP to 8 RP! and or you could get an umbrella and glitch out the map and float to the planets area (You will need: 1 umbrella, 1 hookshot, 1 pickaxe. and you might need to make adjustments to fit your storage) and go to planet RP and mine away all your problems. (I'd just search up a tutorial but this is a summary. there is still more) and to get home just go to the green, earth like planet with the grow broccolis and go through the home icon area. but before you will need to eat like 3 shrink broccolis till you are the size of the hook on the hookshot then go through the home icon.

Here’s a tip for mining rp, the devs confirmed that there’s actually a banking system in animal company in which company coins and rp build up over time, every hour the game generates 1/16th of a research point for you to mine, therefore meaning it takes 16 hours to mine one research point which the game stores and saves for you to mine later with the maximum capacity being 4 research points which takes a total of 64 hours or 3 and a third of a day to build up all 4, so instead of grinding for hours, just wait a day. They have the same system for company coins to, with each hour generating 3 and 1/3 of a company coin for you to mine, therefore ever 3 hours you get 10 company coins, the max capacity for company coins however is 300 (I’ll let you do the math yourself)

You can also go to planet map you need a RPG, a flashlight, and anything else you wanna bring. Then stay far away from the purple planet and shoot the RPG do it everyday and boom
