I purchased this phone yesterday. I asked the salesperson if I could transfer my 256 sd card from S7. He told me no that I would have to store images in the cloud. Found your video today and made the switch. Thank you for making this tutorial.

Your video with the gold contacts facing outside was very helpful. Outgoing and incoming calls OK. The Samsung User Manual on page 8 of 177 pages states to put both cards "...into the tray with the gold contacts facing down." If you attempt putting the gold contacts facing down, the notch on the card, does not match the notch printed on the tray. Thanks for getting it right in the video.

I confidently proceeded to swap sim card from other phone; but I wish I would have WATCHED THIS VIDEO FIRST, unaware that the tray was "double sided"; as my prior phone ( Samsung Galaxy Note 8) accommodated both cards on one side. With the way phones are going by removing headphone jacks and memory card slots (including the S21 fe), I wouldn't be surprised if in 5 years, they get rid of the volume and power buttons too. It's all be voice command. To me, it's mind boggling really
