I'm imagining banks and powerful will hold XRP and most people will use RLUSD.. The RLUSD will be backed by XRP at a set dollar amount. As more RLUSD gets created over time, the XRP will get re-valued along the way, ensuring the elites that hold XRP never lose any wealth for the next 100 years.

If they did this they would have to keep limits in place on how much xrp banks can hold. They cannot allow crypto to tank demand for treasuries. The US needs a stable treasury market that they can control. They wont let private companies to both print money (xrp) and influence treasury markets.
