TMNT Classic BEBOP vs ROCKSTEADY Action Figure Comparison

Hey everybody it's the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Classic Collection Bebop and Rocksteady going snout to horn in an action figure comparison!

Glenn, the Rocksteady's calves are backwards, so you have to take them off above the boot and fix it, I'm pretty sure with your customizing skills, you can get it easily.

Hey Glen, I'm sure it's been said a bunch of times in the comments, but Rocksteady was actually manufactured incorrectly. The legs below the knee are actually backwards. Popping off the lower leg and spinning that part around makes him a lot less back heavy. Hope that helps!

I'm glad playmates released these guys, I may not of been around the 80s, but I loved the turtles as a kid, same with transformers. (Yet I wasn't big on GI Joe or he man, still kind of not. And I kind of prefer the cartoon network thundercats more the the original)

Sure they aren't big as the turtles in this line, but they fit well with the mecca turtles or the nick turtles. Sure, they are missing details, like bebop's braid and rock steady's different color pants, but I can live with out it.

Nice review! I'm glad someone else out there noticed the TMNT really went away either! They even had a 4th theatrical film between the 2003 and 2012 animated series!

Did you fix Rocksteady's legs? His calves are mixed up and I believe backwards...

Hey Glenn I noticed that the Bebop & Rocksteady figures have missing paintwork. So I decide to do my own review of my custom paintwork for that Rocksteady.

I like both, but I'd go with Bebop because he is my favorite of the pair.

As a fan of the 80s cartoon series, I was a bit disappointed with these two. I think a sprinkle of your customising magic is called for.

I think I prefer Bebop actually but it's a tough call. Real shame about the ankle articulation.

cool video Glenn cool looking figures though i dont have any of these yet but ima go with rocksteady as well just looks a little bit cooler though  itd be nice if they had a little more articulation and scaled better with the turtles but not too bad otherwise anyway keep up the awesome videos

Rocksteady does have lower arm rotation

yeah I like rockstedy too has more accessories and the articulations works better on him but still they need more articulation on the hips ball joins would be pretty nice in there but oh well also the size compare with the classic turtles is not right they are shorter but if you put the neca turtles next to them they look pretty nice.


Great review man I still remember the crank that you made it would feet with this two hope you get more in to the turtles maybe they turn a spark on you and do some custom TMNT characthers

I have both of these. They are not big enough.The tmnt figures from the nickelodeon line fit better in size.I always remembered these guys being huge and throwing the turtles around.
