French style bakery with the homely and welcoming atmosphere of a Village café that would offer French and American fine pastries using all-natural products

Best ingredients: organic domestic flours, award-winning rBST-free Vermont butter, Valrhona Premium French chocolate, no additives and no preservatives anywhere in sight!

Our pastries are baked 20 hours a day by our team of ten bakers, making it possible for us to have our deliveries ready bright and early for each of our stores and for our wholesale customers.
