Really can counter: Valir, Guinevere, Karrie.

Bit can counter: Zhuxin, Odette, Badang

Has skills to counter: Layla

X-borg is also a good lane counter for Terizla as he can deal true damage from a distance which ignore his damage reduction and when he's low enough he you can always use his ult to finish him off. A good X-borg player can almost always win a lane against Terizla.

Counter terizla in exp lane, pick xborg and use tank emblems or pick yu'zhong but you must know how to use passive yu'zhong and freya it's good to and dont forget bring spell inspire
