I am currently playing this music to assist a little young person go to sleep. This young person has been through so much trauma as a child and night time is a trigger. I had a pink lava lamp as a kid. My parents fought a lot and it was a rough household so I spent a lot of time just hiding away in my room sad. I would plug in the lava lamp and just stare until they stopped. It brought me peace. It’s been so long but I’ve been so stressed and this brings me back to that peace I used to feel. We grow up but we never really change.
