spinach and ricotta is such a simple stuffing but so delicious, many years ago I had some pasta making classes, made some ravioli and I still remember that to me they tasted absolutely superb!
now for the Italians mad at food part: at 0:06 Lynja adds some oil in the cooking water, it's kind of debated whether this helps preventing the pasta from sticking but science says that it's just a waste of oil.
