LESS INPUT DELAY AND ZERO STUTTERS! *Smooth FPS Guide*

In this video I showed how you can increase your fps, lower input delay, and almost remove stutters from your game.

WARNING: I MADE A MISTAKE IN RECORDING. It is not substantial, but in ISLC you want to make the "size is at least" field 1024. Then the "free memory is lower than" field put about half your RAM. So 1200 for me. Sorry for the mistake, ladies and gentlemen.
