Eine Anlage für Forschung- und Entwicklung, Medizin- und Hygienebedarf auf 52 m2
Häufig sind kleinere Produktionsmengen von Vliesen mit Spezialfasern nicht rentabel auf einer Großanlage herstellbar. Deshalb hat DILO für kleine Mengen und Entwicklungsprojekte eigens die Kompaktanlage entwickelt. Auch für diese Anlage sind Komponenten wie das CV1 A System, Bandwaage und ein Absaugungssystem für beispielsweise Natur- und Carbonfasern erhältlich. Ideal für neue Anwendungsgebiete bietet die Anlage viele Variationsmöglichkeiten an Parametern, ähnlich zur Großanlage.
Die Krempelarbeitsbreite beträgt 1,1 m und die Nadelmaschinenbreite 2,2 m.

In most cases, smaller lot sizes of needlefelts made from special fibres cannot be produced economically on a large production line. Dilo has therefore invented a Compact Line for small lots and development projects. Also for this installation, components like the CV1 A system, belt weigher and suction system for the processing of natural and carbon fibres are available. Especially suited for new application areas, this installation offers a great variety of parameters, similar to large production lines.
The working width of the card is 1.1 m and of the needleloom is 2.2 m.
